Privacy Policy
This is not Fugazii's privacy policy and it is not in effect. It lists what the policy has to cover, drafted from the Fugazii blueprint (docs/06-providers-and-data.md §4 and §5, which still need the founder's and counsel's OK). Counsel writes the final policy before the app ships. Notes in italics are questions for counsel.
1. Who we are
Fugazii is developed by TrunkFlow LLC. Privacy questions and deletion requests: fugazii@trunkflowtech.com.

2. This website
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies. Cloudflare hosts it and handles visitors' IP addresses to deliver the pages.

3. The app: what it sends, and when
Nothing is sent until the user agrees, once, to this notice: “To check a post, Fugazii sends the link or file you share, and what it can read from it, to Fugazii's server (which uses Cloudflare's AI to turn speech into text) and to Claude, an AI made by Anthropic. No account or name is needed.”
There's no account and no sign-in. Shared links are cleaned of tracking parameters before they're stored, logged or sent anywhere.
4. What's kept, and for how long

5. Service providers
These companies process data on TrunkFlow's behalf: Anthropic (Claude, the checks); Cloudflare (hosting, and Workers AI to turn speech into text); RevenueCat (subscriptions); Expo's push service, with Apple and Google (notifications); Sentry (crash reports, scrubbed of links and text).
6. What Fugazii never collects
Names, email addresses (except one the user chooses to add to a report), contacts, location, the advertising ID, browsing history, or anything from the app the user shared from beyond what they shared. No ads, and no sale of data.
7. Choices
- Delete one past check, or all of them, in the app.
- Hide verdicts in notifications, in Settings.
- Ask for server data to be deleted: fugazii@trunkflowtech.com.
8. Children
Fugazii isn't aimed at children under 13. The private beta is for adults 18 and older in the US.
9. Changes
If what Fugazii sends changes, the app asks for agreement again before the next check.
